Dogs, cats, and birds. Please reach out to a OneAir Jet Representative to discuss transportation of any other species.

No, OneAir Jet utilizes private terminals, eliminating stress and extended wait times experienced with commercial travel. The screening process is performed in minutes by a TSA approved agent at the private terminal. Travelers should arrive one hour prior to their flight time.

Each purchased seat includes one 50 lb. checked luggage, plus one small personal item you can bring in the cabin.

We are unable to commit to a specific seating arrangement prior to the flight. We take into account the social preferences of the animals and overall dynamics of the group based on the intake forms as well as the observed behavior prior to boarding. Our goal is to keep all passengers and pets safe and comfortable at all times. If you or your pet need any special accommodations, please be sure to mention it during your intake process so we can best manage the cabin seating plan.

All non-dog companions must travel in an appropriate soft side carrier and remain inside for their safety. Due to cabin constraints, no large kennels or crates are allowed on board. Dogs must always be leashed and under your control.

For passengers we offer a gourmet meal, bar service, and cold refreshments. Water and treats are available on board for animals. A Cabin Attendant is readily available to provide service and assist with any needs. In addition, the jet is equipped with complimentary WiFi for your enjoyment.

Due to the nature of a public charter and shared costs, there is a 100% cancellation penalty. However, we do have a waitlist option for sold out flights. If need to cancel a booked flight, please contact a OneAir Jet Representative immediately, and we will do our best to find a replacement for your seat.

If a flight does not sell all the available seats, a OneAir Jet Representative will notify you at least 28 days prior to the departure date that the charter has been cancelled. At that point a full refund will be issued. ONEAIR JET WILL NOT CANCEL A TRIP LESS THAN 28 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE EXCEPT FOR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ITS CONTROL THAT MAKE IT PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO PERFORM THE TRIP.
